How do I enable multi-factor authentication?

When creating your Pulse profile, you will receive a prompt to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Select 1 of the methods to enable MFA: 

  • Receive a code via SMS text to your mobile phone.  
    • Note: You must type “1” before the area code when entering your mobile number. 
  • Use your authenticator app to scan the provided QR code to add Pulse to your authenticator app. Your authenticator app will provide you with a verification code. 

Note: You will be prompted to log in again before setting up your MFA preferences.
