How do I reset or change my password?
Reset Your Password
Click Forgot your password? on the Pulse login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Change Your Password
If you are logged in to your account, select My Settings in the left navigation panel. Select the Change Password button in the My Login section. You will be prompted to enter your current password as well as your new password.
Note: Your password must meet the following requirements:
- Contain a lowercase letter
- Contain a number
- Contain at least 12 characters
- Contain a special character or a space
- Not contain a leading or trailing space
